The 2010 Blue Avenue "Reunion Tour"
Mike Daniels, one of the finest drummers and vocalists to ever come out of Buffalo, NY, is returning for a three gig "Reunion Tour" with JJ Moscato & Blue Avenue.
Mike now resides in Lansing, Michigan and is the "Dean of Drummers" in the very vibrant Lansing music scene. Known as "Smooth Daddy", Mike's phenomenal drum chops and searing vocals dominate the scene with groups of all musical styles: Blues, Jazz, Rock, World Beat and anything in between.
Mike is a founding member of the local 60's band Blue Avenue. He will be joining original band mates Sonny Mayo and Jim Moscato along with the reigning Buffalo Music Awards Best Blues Keyboardist, JJ Moscato, to cut loose on his favorite musical style, the Buffalo Sound. Original keyboardist, Jim Matteliano, will also be making guest appearances. The "Blue Avenue Reunion Tour" includes The Water Street Landing "Clam Slam", Monday, July 26th at 6:00 pm; Bobby McGee's on Friday, July 30th at 8:00 PM and Double D's Queen City Grill on Saturday, July 31st at 8:00 PM. |
