2011 Memphis Bound  IBC Youth Participant, Peter Brady, was seriously injured on Memorial Day when he dove into the shallow end of a friend's pool and broke his neck.  Luckily, his friends acted quickly and he was Mercy flighted to ECMC.  He underwent surgery later that day and it was discovered that his spinal cord was bruised, thankfully not severed.  Currently, Peter is in ICU at ECMC undergoing extensive treatment.
